 Q. I can't log in!

 A. First, check to see if you have the right password. Your team captain has a print-out of all the temporary passwords issued upon registration. If you still require help, please enter your email address and last name here. You will get your password immediately.

 Q. I never received a registration email with a password.

 A. First, check with your team captain. Upon registration they had an opportunity to print out temporary passwords for each team member to log in with. If your team captain does not have this information, please enter your email address and last name here. You will receive your password immediately.

 Q. The information on my member page is wrong (ie. Wrong weight, incorrect exercise totals, etc)

 A. It is possible to have mistyped some information when registering for the program. In order to reset your profile, do the following, but keep in mind that all your information will be erased and you will be asked to re-enter all of your vitals the next time you log in. Enter your email address and password and we will reset your registration so all of your information can be restored.
